convince about the project. Organization skills are necessary, this include
goal-setting, planning and analysing. Planning was made taking into account the
different aspects of the project. Analysis of the possible scope and outcome of
the project was conducted. Team building was necessary. The team built for the
project consisted of members who were motivated to do the project. Empathetic
behaviour was necessary as the project required the participation of the

Coping skills meaning flexibility to adapt and manage different situations,
persistence, patience, creativity and such were necessary.

2. Critical reflection of the
project

The project of the community café was
successful to certain extent. The project was able to attract customers from
the concerned region. The members of the team with proper cooperation and
coordination made the effort to conduct the project activities. At first
planning was made, considering the different factors necessary for the project.
Ensuing the systematic planning, the varied activities were carried out by the
team members. The project members registered themselves for the work.
Considering the outcome or the result of the project, it was able to make the
connection between the individuals or groups of people involved in the project
(Martinelli and Milosevic, 2016). It is
necessary to mention that certain techniques and tools were used for the
project activities. An overall analysis was made, on the various stakeholders.
Taking into account the basis of the information of the stakeholders, the
project members used the relevant information to enhance the productivity the
project. It should be mentioned that relevant communication technologies were
implemented for the purpose. Communication methods relevant to fulfil the
purpose of the project was used.

the primary method of communication. After the planning, the objective of the

challenged individuals know about the project (Pavlopoulos
et al. 2015).

During the process of the project, several
management theories were used as guidance for the proper planning and execution
of the project. The Hawthorne effect was really useful for the purpose. As per
the context of the theory, the organization can raise employee productivity in
various ways without the application for monetary benefits. For instance, the
community café project was non-governmental in nature. Individuals usually
volunteered to work in the café. Considering the factor of paid labour, some
employees were provided the adequate wage for living. It was a charity project;
hence the project was unable to offer monetary benefit to the interested
volunteers. However, the project organizers decided to provide appraisal
certificates to the dedicated volunteers. The project was focused to give the
facilities necessary for the various activities (Marcella
and Rowley, 2015). Care was provided to the volunteers who showed
positive contribution to enhance the productivity of the café. The community
café gave importance to the decision of Fareshare who took the responsibility

and the individuals working as volunteers needed to have clarity regarding
irrespective activities. The members associated with the fundraising activities
had to decide the children gifts, interact with the food companies and eateries
to provide assistance in the project. The working members had to understand the
context and content of the project. Employees responsible for promotion and
advertisement were required to be active in different communication channels
and spread the news about the community event (JOSEPH
et al. 2018). It is necessary
to state that the working stakeholders possessed the capability that in turn
helped to make the project experience success.

3. The reflective decision-making
process

The decision making process involved several
important steps. I think it is essential to reflect on the decision making
steps. The first step was the identification of the decision. Each of the
member was required to suggest decisions regarding the project. Following the
evaluation of the presented suggestions, further discussion was made during the
collaboration process. The Fareshare members offered some useful suggestion,
considering the individual opinions, appropriate decision concerning the
project planning and execution steps were taken. The next step indicated the
collection or gathering of the information. For instance, the project members
decided to do a background study about the particular type of projects and
factors necessary to consider. I had the responsibility to determine the
presents for the children. I studied about the different eateries and food
companies who were willing to provide the excess, unsold food products for the
project (St-Gallay and Sambrook-Smith, 2017).
I evaluated the costs and expense. I took the responsibility of conducting
promotion about the fundraising activities. Effort was made to consider and
identify the alternative option in case the primary options for the activities
required backup. I think, the larger the options, the better would be the
prospects. It was necessary to measure the evidence, ensuing the step, suitable
activity steps were used for the execution process of the project. For
instance, the research made me realise that I could look for food companies
that were located in the outskirts of the region to participate in the project.
This would enable the particular food companies to promote itself among the
general population, increasing the chance of potential customers. Considering
the alternatives, necessary action was taken to ensure the completion of the
objectives. I think it was necessary to review the decision concerning the
project. It was necessary to assess the success rate as well as the future
potential of the project.

I think it was necessary to assess the
interpersonal dynamics of the project. This means understanding about the
nature and type of the group working in the project was necessary. Taking into
account the type of the project, I analysed the nature and behaviour of the
individuals. It would be helpful to
determine the project. Internal analysis would be helpful to assess the
strengths, weaknesses along with the potentials. In terms of the strength
factor, the project was successful, people were attracted to participate,
number of individuals volunteered to work. The collaboration was effective. The
fund raised through the project was moderate in nature. However, the drawback
was that limited number of people gave high funds. Some of the food companies
were unable to provide the required amount of food products to the café. Some
volunteers lacked the skill necessary for standard service (Witten et al. 2016).
However, it is necessary to mention that the prospect for similar projects is
positive.

Conclusion

In conclusion it is necessary to state that
in order to ensure the project, participation of the members working and
associated with the project was necessary. Every member possessed the
responsibility to conduct the assigned activities, ensuring the overall
productivity and success of the project. The fundraising project was difficult
to continue. The chief reason was, for doing any project, the financial
resource was essential whereas in the particular project, the resource was
minimum. Charity and donations were the source. Various communication methods
were used. Suitable communication tools and techniques were implemented for the
purpose. Proper cooperation and understanding among the different working
members were necessary. Meetings and discussions helped the members to
construct planning and necessary strategy to determine the different
activities. Individual difference and such was present however the involved
members were able to do the project with necessary efficiency.
